For the 2025 Summer season, the following individuals are being sought for Food & Beverage positions
within the in-flight catering production of Olbia Airport and General Aviation:
Chef de partie; Commis de Cuisine; Pizza chef; Barista (responsible for the preparation and service of coffee and derived drinks, chocolate, soft drinks, etc.); Waiter-Waitress (Chef de rang, commis de rang, runner); Multi- service operator (in charge of managing multiple service areas related to the food&beverage industry)
Requirements: good disposition to contact with the public; attention and care for the quality of service; dynamism and flexibility; predisposition to team working.
Willingness to work shifts (working hours divided into shifts from 06:00 to 22:00, 6 days out of 7). Previous experience in the field of catering and/or diploma of hotel training are preferential requirements, but we also evaluate profiles of candidates with first work experience who have a desire to learn, for whom coaching with experienced staff is expected.
Fixed-term contract from April to October 2025. Collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) of reference: Collective Bargaining Agreement for Public Establishments.

Candidates will be placed in a kitchen brigade in airport food stations or general aviation in-flight catering, under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
Head Chefs, who will manage their own batch throughout the day, and Kitchen Commis, who will assist the Head Chefs in all preparation activities (cooking, line, serving), are sought.
Pizza chefs are also sought who have skills in dough preparation and pizza baking, both with wood-fired and electric ovens.
